Small mom and pop place which I enjoyed. I got the shrimp salad which was delicious and my husband enjoyed his cheeseburger. It’s the closet restaurant to South Toledo Bend state park and I would not hesitate to go again .
Simple place with good food and great people who seem to truly care about the food they prepare.
If you are at Toledo Bend for the weekend, week, or permanently, you have to check out the Buzzard's Roost. Great food, great service, great prices. Highly recommended.
